What Covid-19 precautions does Sanders apply in properties?
Bedding & towels are washed above 60°C, professional cleaning, enhanced cleaning practices, property disinfected between stays, contactless check-in/out.

Sanders make sure the apartments are sanitized properly, and that all the hygienic criteria are met.
What are the check-in instructions for Sanders property rentals?
You will receive the check-in instruction by e-mail after you have booked a Sanders property, well in advance of the arrival.

If there is anything unclear or you have not received any important information, reach out to us at frontdesk@sandersstay.com.

Can I check in early?
We kindly ask you to contact us the day before your arrival.

So we can check our final availability at the apartment where you are staying.

In case no guests are leaving on the day of your arrival, we will be able to comply with your request.
Can I check out late?
We kindly ask you to contact us the day before your departure.

So we can check our final availability at the apartment where you are staying.

In case no guests are coming on the day of your departure, we will be able to comply with your request.
What comes with my rental property?
All the properties are uniquely furnished to Sanders standards.

The properties come with a comfortable bed, cozy living room, fully-equipped kitchen and much more.

On arrival, the property is set up with bed linen and towels and toiletries.

We provide linen and towels for the number of people confirmed in the booking.
Where can I store my luggage before and after my rental?
In case you'll need to store your luggage upon arrival or departure, we recommend sending an e-mail to concierge@nh-location.com. Our concierge will be happy to assist you on where storing your luggage is free of charge.
What car parking options are available at my rental?
Each rental has different options for parking.

There are several options for parking at Sanders properties:

- Free private parking

- Paid private parking

- Free public parking

- Paid public parking

- Parking houses

You can find what parking options your rental property offers in:

- The property description

- The e-mail you receive after booking

Please note that it will be more expensive to use parking houses and parking spaces owned by private companies.

Is it possible to find accommodation for a big group of people f.x. 12 people?
Yes, it is.

We offer several properties that can accommodate bigger groups of people.

If there is no such property available, we will find two or more properties from the same building. Those will each accommodate half or a quarter of the group.

So you can stay close together and still have a comfortable stay.

If possible, we will provide you with several options for such accommodation solutions.

So you can choose the best one to your liking.
I am traveling with the baby. Can the baby furniture be provided?
We can provide a baby package for the amount of DKK 350 (international currency or several currencies) per stay. The baby package includes a travel baby cot and high chair.

You can also book only one of the items for the price of DKK 175/per stay.

Please let us know in advance if you wish to order the baby package.
